Anyway, I have seen that Alaska Air does give miles for QF flights, though it's about the same as me opening a QF account--not much to do with 5,000 orphaned miles. though I could also credit BA transatlantic flights to QF, right? I know I can't get credit for BA transatlantic flights with AA's program.
