Any QF FF member will earn QF FF points on an N fare on a QF flight.

And any OneWorld Sapphire member gets lounge access at any OneWorld business class lounge on the same day as they are flying on any OneWorld operated and marketed flight, with the exception of AA members flying on AA domestic flights when they do not have a same-day international connection.
