The sole reason for having that service is that so if you roll your car and get knocked unconscious, that there will be people on their way to get you. Assuming the air bags deploy, I know. That and the stolen vehicle recovery thing is good too.
most cars you get have it included for a year or two nowadays. After that, its optional. The point is correct that graham is making. Its a peace of mind thing. My gf is useless when it comes to pressure situations. She has had Onstar for a while (her PARENTS) paid for it to keep her from calling me 13x a day at work. Good rents, maybe ill make them inlaws some day. She has been in two auto thefts, 6 car lockouts, 3 car accidents including 2 airbag deployments, and one (I think im bieng stalked) call to 911. No drama queen jokes, I know she is. But I love her.
