I’m not all that smart as I too trashed my FlyingColonel letter that promised the same lifetime bennies. Of course “Lifetime” PM offers the same bennie but that’s beside the point.
That’s maybe what convinced me to start saving some of these documents in a safe place.
Holding onto this documentation is a sure cure for short corporate memories....
