"Tangible and useful" are the key terms. Only Lifetime PM is really useful because of the CRC.

My Lifetime GM is useless once my few "Old Miles" are gone. Oh yeah, I forgot Medallion lines at airports...that is worth a little.

SlyMiles has been so dumbed down and DL is not the air line we all started flying.

Let's really face it, what is "Elite" status really worth today? Not a He!! of a lot. (Unless the card and cheap bag tag is really your goal????)

For those of you who want retroactive changes..... how about having the IRS recalculate your past taxes to see when they could have made more, then charge you the difference??
