She told me it would be £19.95 and this sounds about right because that is what NatWest charges for its totally useless top-level Primeline account.

That sounds like my former personal banker who was a lovely lady! Pity she had to move from the Strand branch to the City. Haven't even bothered to meet her replacement yet, who on the phone appears to be quite a pushy salesman, despite the charming Scottish accent.
