You hit the nail on the head IMO. Any time I order flowers, transfer hotel points, sign up for cell phones or all the other activity that earns bonus miles I put all the miles to AA. A prime example is I recently ordered several things from the mile mall and from FTD one afternoon. I could have earned the same number (almost 4k) of miles in any of my three main programs (UA, AA and DL being the biggest) but with no hesitation put all the miles to AA to help with MM. So I keep giving AA the bonus mile revenue for no other reason than MM.
