AS 355 SNA-OAK does show as 3 hours late today. I took 355 a couple weeks ago (SNA-OAK-SEA) and it was on-time. I have also taken several other early AM flights out of SNA this year and haven't encountered or noticed any delays. Not sure what would cause the delay on 355 as it's the first flight of the day.
