If they had been full size papa roaches.. I would have expected at least a $200 discount!

Seriously a class property like that should have comped the entire stay or moved you to a suite .. IF you complained immeditately. Delaying the complaint until checkout provides them with minimal remedy.

The Mandarin is supposed to be stellar but not sure its location. You can go cheaply and enjoy town as much as spending a mint and getting a fab view.. all depends on your needs and pocketbook.
