Sorry, I can only confirm that you're right. I'm burning CO miles to do the same thing, and Virgin's policy is quite clear. In fact, the only way to get the complimentary limo is to pay full fare Upper Class. Thanks, but I'll pay for my own limo, thank you very much Richard Branson...
(P.S. I still love Virgin Atlantic and can completely understand why they have the policy the way they do.)
