While some of the new possible features they wanted ranked seemed neat (things like check-in and check-out in a lobby-level Regency Club, massage cushions on the room chairs, and air filters/white noise machines in the rooms), I don't think any of these would actually get me to stay at more Hyatts or make GoldPassport a better program like FFNs do. I think the only things that could get me to stay at more Hyatts and use GP more (and conversely other chains less) would be:

1. Continue having Faster Free Nights
2. More locations, especially for Park Hyatts (and especially for major cities in North America and Europe where there are few/no Hyatts or no Park Hyatt)
3. Adding a credit card to their reward program (a Mastercard for FFN use of course)
4. Maybe a nights and flights type program like SPG has

Unfortunately, there was no place on the survey I got to tell them this (plus most of the possible changes they asked about seemed to be cheaper to implement then some of the ones I would want).

As I recall, I've stayed at Hyatt properties years ago that had air fliters/white noise machines (maybe in some of the suites, perhaps). Also, the Hyatt Grand Champions resort used to have 'private' check-in at individual sit-down desks while sipping champagne - now it's check-in counter! I haven't been to the Park Hyatts in Tokyo or Sydney in quite some time but I remember special check-in treatment at both of these properties as well. (Concierge meeting me at the elevator on the lobby floor and greeting me by name and directing me to a private desk at PHT, etc.).
