We were on Ryanair, who do not do any standard meals but sell snacks and drinks inflight.

When the FAs started off they offered just drinks for purchase, and when I asked what food they had, the answer was "Nothing today, they forgot to load it at London Stansted".

To which the obvious reply was "Well, I hope a more professional approach was taken with the fuel". Cue laughter all round from the passengers and dirty looks from the FAs.
