I'm a lowly PS and just got a phone call from a market research firm asking me about my experiences with QF as a PS/QP member on my last SYD-MEL flight on Sunday.
No 500 points, just 15 minutes of voicing my concerns/praises on QF's service. Ranged from Ground service at checkin, to security, to cabin crew, to 'landing' service (including the shocking melbourne baggage handlers!)
Maybe they'll surprise me with the points
