I prefer the Ogden Lounge over the KLM Business Class lounge. The Ogden Lounge is far from luxuriously appointed (especially with the temporary location in operation while the renovations take place), but at least the staff is friendly. The KLM biz lounge has awful staff, is terribly overcrowded, and has a VERY limited selection of snacks/beverages. The lounge Continental uses (Globe Ground) is nice compared to Ogden and KLM, but the staff there is just horrible. I like to use the Globe Ground lounge just to spite the prison matron at the desk (she seems to not like to let me in).
