Are you stopping over or just transitting in CAI and FCO?

If just transitting then yes in theory, although may have too many sectors for baggage tags and tracking to handle (BNE-SIN-CAI-FRA-FCO-FRA-KRK). It stopping over then I am guessing probably not unless you pay to freight your bags as unaccompanied luggage - have you asked SQ?
