Actually, this is probably the number one reason I like Delta. The employees are very friendly and very rarely piss me off. Of course, there are exceptions, I like to refer to those flight attendants as Monroe-based. Everyone has always done whatever I wanted in the event of irrops.
At to CO, I don't mind IAH and don't care for EWR at all but it has been years since I have been there. I disliked EWR (and it was actually a NW flight) so bad, I haven't been back and have decided that LGA is my favorite NYC area airport.
