I just sent in an email complimenting two great FA's I had on a May SFO-IAD flight.
I send in any sort of compliments/complaints either through the Website interface or the email address provided with the elite level info. To help the CS folks and to route it to the right place, the employee name, number and location are extremely helpful to send along. I try to get that info if I know I will follow up with an email.
Too bad we can't choose who are telephone reps when we call.
