Has anyone ever booked online (to get online booking bonuses), then changed to your corporate rate when you checked in? We have a negotiated rate, that is not our standard corp rate, so I don't think I could pull it up online even if I tried. But since they know our whole team who is staying there for 6 months, doesn't it seem like they'd be willing to change it? Any experience? Advice? Insight here?
