Trying to cancel a Cash + Miles reservation
I am unable to cancel the reservation I made for my father online in ba.com. When I called the Executive Club, they wanted $50 to redeposit the miles(I am fine with that), but they also want $20 for the "privilege" of talking to them over the phone !
They would not waive the fee and they said if it is a online problem then I should talk to online support at 1-800-403-0882. When I called online "support", they claim it is not their issue either.
I am getting sick of the runaround and it is probably not worth my time arguing, but I find it cheap of BA for charging $20 to talk to an agent to get the job done.
