WE'll i did call the platinum line, early this morning, and although i'm a corp perferred she looked into it. She stated that the room is not a standard rate that its a deluxe room and that probably the hotel is all booked up by tour groups. I checked tomorrow's availability on points and the room states "standard". She advised me to call up the hotel and maybe they can unblock the standard rooms so i can book a reservation.

Mr. Sanders, is it a hiccup that will be fixed or is it as it stands?
