If you call the Platinum line and you are not a Platinum member, they will transfer you to the proper line, so I wouldn't bother.
I reported this hiccup late yesterday. The SPG Hotel Coordinator is on the case and I expect we will have it all sorted out soon. I will be glad to let everyone know when I get word on the progress of this particular issue.
