I think the rep you spoke with was wrong, that would be my guess. I think maybe he/she didnt know why it wasnt coming up with points and the explanation he/she gave usually explains it...BUT... i just put in for 7/21-7/24 on revenue, and the first room to come up was:

2 Single Beds City View, Connecting Room, Safe, Refrigerator, Hairdryer Best Available Rate USD 145.00
Terms & Addt'l
Charges

that clearly is not a deluxe room, but the second one in the listing is:

1 King Deluxe Sea Facing, Vip Lounge, Balcony, Jacuzzi, Sitting Area Best Available Rate USD 188.50
Terms & Addt'l
Charges USD 565.50

so im pretty sure that there is just a problem with their system. i have faced this and several other problems in the past while booking on points in israel. i had the same problem with this hotel for a stay in august on points, and i had to call up twice and hold for a while to get it done...but it should be done.

if i am wrong, i appoligize, maybe these all are deluxe rooms, but i really doubt it. try calling the plat desk. otherwise, try emailing the lurker...

please let me know what happens.
thnx

So you think i would still have luck?
