Huh? I have three ATM cards from different banks. None of them has a Visa nor Mastercard logo on the front; I request ATM cards without these logos, so that a thief can't get at my cash by just
scribbling a signature no one ever checks.
However, each card has the Cirrus and NYCE logos on the back, and I have used them in ATMs all over Europe without a problem.
