I went on a flight last week to DXB and was offerred an orange juice just after sitting down in CW. After a few minutes, I took a gulp of juice and noticed something in my mouth, I moved it around my mouth and then took out - a long slither of glass. It had cut my tongue (went through 2 tissues of blood)...the attendants were very worried for me, and kept asking if I was okay throughout the flight (after some pain, it calmed down a bit), and saying they would take a photo of the glass and let their catering people know...

Hmmm, do you think I should make an official complaint, and if so, any ideas for compensation?
