I called BA about two weeks ago to inquire about this and the agent told me I could only check in 12 hours before since I am not a member of the Executive Club. She also told me the online check-in function was not operating and she thought it would be down for a very long time. Nevertheless, I will certainly attempt to check-in online 24 hours prior due to your advice.
