I have long been a supporter of two principles: Follow the sun! and, Think globally, eat locally! Either, however, takes second place to competence and I have just not had competent, speedy and efficient service from a foreign call center. I am no big fan of UA's center in Ireland, either. At best, I will have them build a record; I never ticket with them and always have a stateside agent review things. But, that said and my personal jingoistic feelings aside, if the service provided by a call center in India was provided in a speedy, efficient and intelligible manner, I don't think people would complain at all.
