Twice last year when I flew first class on Air France between JFK and CDG, they served a half-ounce jar of caviar with blini and toasts along with other condiments. If my memory is correct, the jar was labed by 'Caviar House'. As the blinis served were very dry and hard, I decided to keep the jar and had a pleasure of finishing it in my hotel room at Paris with wonderful warm toasts and scrambled oeufs!

Wonder if AF still serves caviar by jar?
