Until mid 2003, all of AA's longhaul international services were operated by three-class aircraft. Now, as you probably know, the 767-300s are operated in a two-class configuration. AA also dropped a few European routes after 9/11, including flights to MXP and ARN. I also believe AA once operated to Lyon, France and possibly to another city in Germany back in the early to mid 1990s.

AA did indeed operate the 777 into CDG. I believe there is a trip report covering one such flight. Here are some photos:

AA aslo used to operate 777s to Zurich beginning in October 2000, as evidenced by the following pictures:

AA also briefly operated the 777 on the DFW-SCL route. I flew a 777 in F on this route in March 2002. It may also have been used on the MIA route. Proof:

AA used to operate a DFW-KIX route with 777s. THis route will be restarting in the Fall.

There was also a SJC-TPE flight, but there are no photos of the AA 777 in TPE. Several FTers did a group MR to TPE days before 9/11. There is a report of this trip at the Trip Reports forum.

Some AA 777s have even found their way to MAN, but I think these were operational substitutions and, in one case, a diversion:
