Thank you onepassaddict for posting this. If you dont mind my tagging on..... I was thinking of using my miles to go from MEX to HAV (Cuba) on CM. Am I able to have the ticket issued even though my residence is in the US? I know it's a shot in the dark but do you think I can have it issued MIA-PTY-HAV?
