I waited three weeks after my third stay at Four Points in the SFO bay area, but no 4,000 points. Finally, I sent a note to Customer Support. Here is their response:
"I have researched your inquiry and found that there are only two hotels in the California area participating in the Four Points by Sheraton Comfort Bed promotion you are referencing, The Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge and the Four Points by Sheraton Fullerton."
In other words, those are the only two CA locations that count toward the three nights. I replied with the following from the T&Cs for the promotion:
"An eligible stay is one or more consecutive nights for which the member pays a qualifying rate at any Four Points by Sheraton hotel...."
I'm waiting for their response, but I wanted to ask the others who've taken advantage of this promotion: Are you getting credit only for stays at Four Points locations with the Four Comfort beds, or have you gotten credit for all 4P stays? It seems pretty clear to me from the T&Cs that all stays should count.
