Again, skofarrell, there were no warnings, no discussion, nothing, so I guess my banning was even rarer than rare--rather bloody even. The post that I believe caused me to be banned, was written, BTW, after a series of high-profile FlyerTalkers were banned for no apparent reason.

I have received several e-mails from Randy indicating that he would look into this situation when he had a chance, but he has been rather busy not only dealing with the Freddies, his wedding, businesses, and life, but also dealing with the truly outrageous shenanigans of a few FlyerTalkers who aren't content with using FlyerTalk as a great source of information, and a place to have a good time and make new friends, but appear to feel the need to use is as a playground for one-ups-manship and ego assuagement.

I further assume that something has transpired as the capricious banning of high-profile FlyerTalkers appears to have stopped, and the "gang" attacks seem to have disappeared. Of course, they could just be resting.

I am just here for the miles, points and parties.
