Well, no such luck for me...called up, gave them my account number, and they said at this time they couldn't give me the statement credit...but would put it in review, and might request a copy of the letter.

Oops, of course I didn't get a letter!

Sounds like their suspicions might be raised about who really should be getting it...?

Just as a reference point for comparison, I've only had my card since January of this year. So the targeted promotion could be taking into consideration time as a cardholder.
