Hi, I've tried searching for this, but I just keep timing out. I have an award ticket for Business Class on Air France using my Northwest miles. This was done through the Northwest Worldperks line. I was issued paper tickets which show fare class O. I checked my purchase on www.mytripandmore.com and it says I'm booked in Coach. Does anyone know if fare class O is a business class fare or should I call Air France? Thanks for your help.
