YES - Yasouj, Iran
YAY - St. Anthony, Newfoundland
YOB - ?
YUK - Byron Bay, Northwest Territories

We also have a YAM (Sault Ste. Marie). Canada does not just use 'Y' as the first letter, as we also have a number of airports that begin with 'X' and 'Z' as well.
