Thanks Val. I thought there was a time limit on the connection and still being able to do the first leg on the codeshare. You seem to confirm that, but dittymau's opinion above seems to say otherwise.

I guess I'll play with it some more, but eventually will resign that leg to no EQM/EQP's (not a big thing. I am one of those easy PLT but no where close to EXP)

OT:

Airport codes are thrown around here with wild abandon. At least many of the other acrynoms and shorthands can be picked up over time (with BIS - Butt In Seat and SLC - Self Loading Cargo being my favorites so far.)
