I think your first challenge is how to come up with 200,000 miles for two first/business class tickets to Europe, which is the going rate for standard award seats. You only have about 155K miles, and combining miles from accounts is essentially impossible.

I think your only options are:
1) to fly coach using award mileage
2) trying to find one first/business award ticket and purchasing a second
3) accumulating and/or buying enough miles to reach 200K so that you might be able to get two standard first/business seats

You could also buy miles, but that is usually an expensive endeavor, and I don't think you can buy 45K miles outright.
