Just checked My Itineraries for my ORD-ZRH in July. The ORD-IAD portion showed 11A for C in what I originally thought was a 763, which confused me as the three class 763 does not have a row 11 in C. Called up United and was informed that ORD-IAD is now a 777. Obviously a 777 is much better than a 763, esp. with the recent return of 4 a/c.

The point I eventually wanted to make is that now United should stop marketing a direct ORD-ZRH flight with a single flight number, which most people would tend to interpret as a single a/c all the way to ZRH. Not only is there a stop, but now a plane change in IAD.
