I'm sorry but I think you should consider the possibility that the disagreement was escalated the discussion by telling the agent they were wrong and then attempting to "correct" him. When he didn't agree with you, the agent becomes rude?
There is always more to the story on both sides.
Well, perhaps it wasn't clear in my original post. I had explained to the agent what I was trying to do. The agent reviewed the profile, indicated that changes could be made, just not to O/D cities. I said great, we have no issue, res agent had given me information saying I couldn't change connecting cities. Agent asks me to hold, THEN comes back and indicates res agent was correct, no changes in connecting cities. I pointed out that he had not originally disclosed that, and that since he had made that oversite, certainly it is possible that the original res agent had given me incorrect information. I never tried to "correct" him. He then denied he had originally given me incomplete information, interupted me and spoke over me.
Documenting the conversation is perfectly acceptable, communicating it in a fashion that says "I'm going to teach you a lesson" is not!
