Side note I was going to post separately, but falls in line with this one. Sorry to hijack, but I think the OP question is answered...

I'll be hitting 1K this October for the first time...I'll have 10,000 miles that quarter, will I get 2 CR1s in January based on my Q4 flying, or is it a similar 'clock' for that too?
