Although there, too, it's often that the agents don't know. I've sat in G before and listened to the GAs trying to get something out of the ramp staff, etc., on their little walkie-talkies. Half the time, they sound as frustrated as the pax trying to figure out the mess that is UX at G, asking things like, "Is anyone going to give me an update on Charley West?!!"
