I'm also confused as to why the stay didn't post in the first place. My number was on the bill, and stays always seem to post in 2 or 3 days. It's 10 days later, and no points.
About a week in my last case. And it was a big one. 10 nights and almost 30,000 points. I was glad to see it finally post.
And BTW, it was from a property that I stay in around 50 nights a year and had never had a problem with points not posting. Go figure.
