Believe it or not, this is not something that can be done over the phone. That's on the down side. On the up side, it appears WN will extend expired awards by 1 year as well. Just send them the number and a check for $50. I couldn't get an exact cutoff date for until when they would be willing to consider extending it, but it is worth a try if you have an expired one...
