Just got a standard letter back about the changes, but they did enclose two meal vouchers to make up for it.

So you can say that in the end they gave me what they should have given me in the first plase. However, this airline seems to like to piss off it's customers before doing what it should have done in the first place...
I actually went through the same thing last year too, bought my ticket before 'the change' happened, but was then completely refused the meal vouchers. Over the phone SAS just denied that they were giving them out even though others on flyertalk had got theirs. I din't pursue it as I had another beef with SAS over those flights which I considered more important.
But this case IS different.

I am becoming more and more disatisfied with Expedia over this, not only are they promising something that SAS seem unlikely to deliver (ie. meals) , they are also unable to give me a PNR or tracking number for this flight that works - either with SAS' own system or through Worldspan. Contacting customer services is like banging my head against a brick wall.
