Completely disagree with the previous posters. If you are no-show for flight 2 all remaining flights in the itinerary will be cancelled. This is an automated process and has nothing to do with how the flights are ticketed. Just call your TA and have them cancel flight 2. Then the remaining flights will go untouched.
