Overseas, I haven't visited a great Starwood Cat-1 yet; I have visited some great Cat-1 Hiltons. (I'm talking about properties outside of the OECD world.)

I find that SPG Cat-5 and Cat-6s are generally better than the comparables at Hilton (Cat-5s and Cat-6s).
