Why can't I view my flight confirmation?
Traded some extra AA miles for award travel, and called up Alaska's reservation desk to confirm. They said everything was confirmed, and issued me a PNR. When I try viewing it online:
The reservation you selected cannot be displayed online. If you would like assistance call Alaska Airlines at 1-800-ALASKAAIR (1-800-252-7522).
Code: -2058
After two calls into reservations, they can see the confirmation just fine. They don't see a problem.
But the website always errors out. I tried web chat, and they suggested calling the hotline. I'm going around in circles. Is there a different Alaska service group that can help me view my reservation on-line?
