First go to http://www.continental.com/vs/.

Go to the left column and click on "continental.com specials".

If a first time user, click on "register" under "First Time User Registration" and follow the prompts.

If you are already registered, which I take it to mean that you use continental.com, then go to "Registered Users" and click on "continental.com Specials"

Enter your OP # and you will see the specials.
