or you could ask at the KL board.
I'm not an expert on longhaul, but I do know that connecting flights on KL metal within Europe won't give you business class service, just "Europe Select" which is economy+newspaper.
I often wonder if there is anyone paying extra for this "service" (flying within the EU).
