Out of season, in late October, you should find some great deals.
Do check out

www.biddingfortravel.com (website currently down due to malicious viral attack, check it ion 48hrs) as they do have hotels in the non 5* categories which are less expensive. I cannot research Westin prices because of the website outage, but it may fall further at that time of year.
