UA Agents lying about why plane is late
Recently I had to catch a flight which was late, I get to the airport to find that I will not make my connection so they tell me that I need to rebook for the next day. Well UA CHI folks and web site says plane was late due to servicing the people at the airport said it was weather. Well no compensation. And they treated me like crap... What should I do? I ended up rebooking on the 1K line with no problem, even to fly into another convienent city which the aiport folks said was impossible.
